Women in Business - Leadership for the FutureAre you struggling to deal with the challenges your business is currently facing? How will you steer your organisation through economic downturn and find a path for future growth? Sheffield Hallam University are looking for up to eight women SME business owners or managers who are willing to be challenged, stretched and moved outside their comfort zone to form a group of like-minded individuals working together on solving problems and issues in their businesses. We have created an innovative programme which aims to enable peer to peer learning and development, with a focus on strategic problem solving. The programme will consists of four workshops run as small discussion groups, facilitated by an experienced member of staff from Sheffield Business School where discussions will focus on issues the participating individuals and their organisations face. Participants will share their ideas and experiences to find innovative solutions through their discussions. What are the benefits?
What is the time commitment? The first session will take place on Monday 8 June 2009. Subsequent meeting dates will be agreed amongst the participants at the first session What does it cost?
